De AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT is een mobiele grafische kaart uit het hogere middensegment, gebaseerd op de Navi 33-chip (RDNA 3 architectuur), vervaardigd op 6 nm. Het beschikt over 2.048 cores (32 CU's - rekeneenheden) en 8 GB snel GDDR6 grafisch geheugen, verbonden met een 128-bits geheugenbus. De chip bevat ook 32 MB Infinity Cache. De kloksnelheid van de cores zal volgens AMD afhankelijk zijn van de laptop. De opgegeven spelkloksnelheid is 2300 MHz (hoogstwaarschijnlijk bij 120 W TGP).
AMD vergelijkt de prestaties met de RTX 3060 desktop-GPU en claimt aanzienlijk hogere framesnelheden in een paar games (zonder Raytracing). Hoewel de Raytracing-prestaties voor RDNA 3 wel toenamen, zijn de GeForce GPU's in dit opzicht nog steeds sneller.
De Navi 33-chip wordt bij TSMC vervaardigd in het huidige 6 nm-proces (versus 4 nm van de Nvidia RTX 4000-serie). Het stroomverbruik (TGP) is gespecificeerd op 75 tot 120 Watt.
