Intel i7-1195G7

De Intel Core i7-1195G7 is een energiezuinige quad-core SoC voor laptops en Ultrabooks, gebaseerd op de Tiger Lake-U generatie (UP4) die in 2021 werd geïntroduceerd. Hij integreert vier Willow Cove-processorkernen (8 threads dankzij Hyper-Threading). De basisklok (minimum) hangt af van de geconfigureerde TDP en kan variëren van 1,3 GHz (12 W TDP) tot 2,9 GHz (28 W). De Turbo op één core kan tot 5 GHz bereiken (Turbo Boost 3.0). Alle cores kunnen tot 4,6 GHz bereiken. De i7-1195G7 maakt deel uit van de Tiger Lake UP3-verversing en is de snelste CPU van de Tiger-Lake U-lijn.

De 1195G7 integreert de Intel Iris Xe graphics met 96 EU's en eveneens geklokt op 400 - 1400 MHz. De GPU en CPU kunnen samen gebruik maken van de 12 MB L3 cache.

Verder ondersteunen Tiger Lake SoC's vier lanes van PCIe 4, AI hardwareversnelling, en de gedeeltelijke integratie van Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 en Wi-Fi 6E in de chip.

De chip wordt geproduceerd in het verbeterde 10nm+ proces (SuperFin genaamd) bij Intel dat vergelijkbaar zou moeten zijn met het 7nm proces bij TSMC (bijv. Ryzen 4000-serie).

Het werkbereik van de UP3-serie wordt gespecificeerd op 12 tot 28 Watt. De processor is dus ook geschikt voor dunne en lichte laptops.
