Intel i7-11370H

De Intel Core i7-11370H is een high-end quad core SoC voor dunne en lichte gaminglaptops en mobiele werkstations. Hij is gebaseerd op de Tiger Lake H35-generatie en werd begin 2021 aangekondigd. Hij integreert vier Willow Cove processorkernen (8 threads dankzij HyperThreading). De basiskloksnelheid hangt af van de TDP-instelling en kan variëren van 3 (28 W TDP) tot 3,3 GHz (35 W). De boost van een enkele en twee cores onder belasting kan oplopen tot 4,8 GHz. Alle vier de kernen kunnen tot 4,3 GHz bereiken. De 11370H kan de volledige 12 MB level 3 cache gebruiken.

De processorprestaties van de i7 zouden door de nieuwe processorarchitectuur duidelijk hoger moeten zijn dan die van de oude Core i5-10400H (Comet Lake, snelste quad core van het 10e gen). De vergelijkbare Core i7-1185G7 biedt vergelijkbare specs als de 11370H maar een lagere TDP en dus ook lagere (sustained) prestaties.

De SoC bevatte ook de verbeterde Xe grafische kaart met alle 96 EU's geklokt op maximaal 1350 MHz.

Verder voegen Tiger Lake SoC's PCIe 4-ondersteuning toe (vier lanes), AI-hardwareversnelling, en de gedeeltelijke integratie van Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 en Wi-Fi 6 in de chip.

De chip wordt geproduceerd in het verbeterde 10nm-proces (genaamd 10nm SuperFin) bij Intel, dat vergelijkbaar zou moeten zijn met het 7nm-proces bij TSMC (bijv. Ryzen 4000-serie).
