Intel Core 3 305

De Intel Core 3 305 is een kleine SoC uit de Wildcat Lake familie. Hij gebruikt 6 CPU-kernen in twee clusters. Twee snelle cores uit de Cougar Cove-serie klokken op 1,5 tot 4,3 GHz. Daarnaast bevat de chip vier energiezuinige E-cores (Darkmont architectuur) met 1,4 tot 3,3 GHz. Dit maakt Wildcat Lake vergelijkbaar met de snellere Panther Lake-chips.

De Core 3 304 ondersteunt maximaal 64 GB DDR5-6400 en heeft een kleine Intel Graphics iGPU met 16 EU's. In tegenstelling tot de zwakkere Core 3 304 biedt de 305 geen NPU.

De eerste uitgelekte Geekbench tests (van de Core 3 304 met slechts 5 kernen) tonen een prestatie in het lagere bereik van de huidige notebookprocessoren. De Intel N-processors uit de Twin Lake serie (bijv. Core 3 N350) kunnen aanzienlijk beter presteren.

De TDP is 15 W - 35 W (basis - turbo), waardoor de SoC geschikt is voor kleine laptops en kleine embedded systemen. De CPU-chip van de SoC is vervaardigd door Intel met behulp van het moderne 18A-proces.
