AMD R3 3300X

De Ryzen 3 3300X is een mid-range desktop processor van de Matisse serie met 4 kernen en 8 draden. Hij klokt van 3.8 (basis) - 4.3 GHz (boost) en maakt gebruik van de Zen 2 microarchitectuur. Het gebruikt alle vier de kernen in een enkele CCX-cluster, in tegenstelling tot de langzamere Ryzen 3 3100 die twee clusters gebruikt. De CPU wordt vervaardigd in het moderne 7nm-proces bij TSMC. De I/O matrijs op de verpakking is apart en wordt bij Globalfoundries in 12 nm gefabriceerd. De TDP is gespecificeerd op 65 Watt en daarom heeft de CPU geen grote koeler nodig.

Dankzij de hoge kloksnelheden presteert de Ryzen 3300X vergelijkbaar met de oude Core i7-7700K (een voormalige high end CPU) en is daarom een goede keuze voor entry level spelsystemen.
