Intel Core 2 Duo T6600

De Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 is een instap tot mid-range dual core processor voor laptops. Hij is gebaseerd op de Penryn architectuur, maar heeft slechts 2MB Level 2 Cache en een kloksnelheid van 2,2 GHz. Vergeleken met de vergelijkbare T6670 ondersteund de T6600 geen hardware virtualisatie en ligt de maximum temperatuur lager.

De prestaties zijn hoog genoeg voor niet al te veel eisende toepassingen zoals office, internet en basis video- of fotobewerking. Zwaardere games kunnen last hebben van de beperkte rekenkracht van de T6600.
