Mediatek Dimensity 700

De Mediatek Dimensity 700 is een snelle mid-range SoC met een geïntegreerde 5G-modem. Hij bevat twee snelle ARM Cortex-A76-kernen op maximaal 2,2 GHz en zes energiezuinige Cortex-A55-kernen op maximaal 2 GHz (Octa-Core met Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Vergeleken met de vergelijkbare Dimensity 800U, biedt de 700 een lager geklokte CPU-kernen (-200 MHz) en een langzamere GPU (één kern minder).

Verder integreert de chip een 2 core ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, een Wi-fi 5 modem, een LPDDR4x-2133 geheugencontroller, een AI processing unit (APU 3.0) en video de- en encoding.

De Dimensity 700 is vervaardigd in het moderne 7nm-proces en zou zeer energiezuinig moeten zijn.
