Mediatek Dimensity 810

De Mediatek Dimensity 810 is een snelle mid-range SoC met een geïntegreerde 5G-modem. De chip bevat twee snelle ARM Cortex-A76-kernen op maximaal 2,4 GHz en zes energiezuinige Cortex-A55-kernen op maximaal 2 GHz (Octa-Core met Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Verder integreert de chip een 2 core ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, een Wi-fi 5 modem, een LPDDR4x geheugencontroller (tot 16 GB met 2133 MHz), een AI processing unit (APU 3.0) en video de- en encoding.

De geïntegreerde 5G-modem ondersteunt dual-5G (Sub6) met maximaal 2,77 GBit/s download. 

De Dimensity 800 wordt gefabriceerd in het moderne 6nm-proces bij TSMC en zou zeer energiezuinig moeten zijn.
