Mediatek Dimensity 1200

De Mediatek Dimensity 1200 is een high-end SoC met een geïntegreerde 5G-modem. Hij bevat drie CPU-clusters. Eén snelle ARM Cortex-A78 op maximaal 3 GHz met 2x L2 cache, 3 extra A78 met maximaal 2,6 GHz en voor energie-efficiëntie vier ARM Cortex-A55-kernen op maximaal 2 GHz.

Verder integreert de chip een 9 core ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU, een Wi-fi 6 modem (ax), een LPDDR4x geheugencontroller (tot 5266Mbps), een AI processing unit (APU 3.0 met 6 kernen) en video de- en codering (inclusief AV1).

De chip wordt vervaardigd in het moderne 7nm-proces en zou zeer energiezuinig moeten zijn.
