EN→NLThe Honor Magic 8 Lite offers truly unmatched battery performance. If you hate having to charge often, you'll love this phone. Enhanced aesthetics, increased durability, speedy charging (when you do need it), and a lovely display all sweeten the deal, but lackluster performance and middling cameras ruin the fun. With the Honor Magic 8 Lite, the battery is undoubtedly the star of the show. It has the same massive 7,500 mAh capacity as the Oppo Find X9 Pro, but when combined with its lower-end energy-efficient chip, it lasts even longer. I'm not exaggerating when I say that four days on a single charge is quite easy to achieve with this phone. The Magic 8 Lite's construction has been significantly upgraded this year, too.

The Honor Magic8 Lite is one of those updates that doesn't scream "new generation" through raw specs, but wins you over with how thoroughly it refines the formula. The star of the show is unquestionably durability - this is a mid-ranger that flirts with rugged-phone territory without looking or feeling like one. IP68/IP69K certification, resistance to high-pressure water jets, immersion up to 6m and drop protection rated to 2.5m are huge upgrades over previous Lite models and easily one of the main reasons to pick this phone over its rivals. Pair that with a large and bright 120Hz AMOLED with HDR10 support, excellent fingerprint reader and solid stereo speakers, and you get a genuinely pleasant everyday experience. The fundamentals are all covered too.

Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.
Qualcomm Adreno 830: Geïntegreerde grafische eenheid in de Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC voor smartphones met drie schijfjes van elk 1,1 GHz. Geïntegreerde 12 MB gedeelde cache voor de drie schijfjes. Volgens Qualcomm 40% sneller dan de vorige generatie (Adreno 750).
Qualcomm Adreno 840: Integrated graphics unit in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC for smartphones with three slices at 1.2 GHz each. According to Qualcomm, 23% faster than the previous generation (Adreno 830).
De meeste niet-veeleisende huidige games kunnen vloeiend draaien. Wees voorbereid op verminderde grafische weergave door lage detailinstellingen en lage resoluties. Toch verschaffen deze kaarten voldoende prestatie voor kantoor taken en video bekijken (niet voor HD videos).

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8:
SD 8 Elite: High-end SoC (System on a Chip) voor smartphones die eind 2024 werd gepresenteerd. Het bevat twee snelle Oryon Gen 2 Prime Cores tot 4,32 GHz en 6 kleinere Oryon Gen 2 Performance Cores tot 3,53 GHz.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 6:
SD 6 Gen 4: SoC voor het middensegment met 8 Kryo-kernen (1x ARM Cortex-A720 2,3 GHz prime core, 3x ARM Cortex A720 2,2 GHz performance cluster, 4x ARM Cortex A520 met 1,8 efficiency cluster) en een 5G-modem. De chip wordt gefabriceerd in het moderne 4nm-proces bij TSMC. Vergelijkbaar met de Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, maar met lager geklokte Cortex-A720 kernen.
