De Vivo V70 Elite is een hoogwaardige toevoeging aan Vivo's V70-lijn en combineert de Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 met een Adreno 735 GPU en 8GB of 12GB RAM. Het is voorzien van een 6,59-inch AMOLED-scherm met een verversingssnelheid van 120 Hz en een scherpe resolutie van 2750 x 1260. Een belangrijk hoogtepunt is de drievoudige ZEISS-camera aan de achterkant, met een 50MP hoofdsensor en een 50MP 3x telelens, plus een 50MP selfiecamera. De levensduur van de batterij wordt gezien als een sterk punt dankzij een grote silicium-koolstofcel van 6.500 mAh, naast moderne connectiviteit zoals 5G, NFC en Bluetooth 5.4. Qualcomm Adreno 735: Grafische chip voor smartphones en tablets, geïntegreerd in de Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

SD 8s Gen 3: High-end SoC (System on a Chip) voor smartphones die in 2024 werd geïntroduceerd. Het bevat onder andere een snelle Cortex-X4 "Prime Core" tot 3 GHz en 4 extra snelle Cortex-A720 kernen van 2,8 GHz. Om stroom te besparen zijn er ook 3 extra ARM Cortex-A520 kernen met 2,3 GHz geïnstalleerd. Een 5G-modem, WiFi 7 en een aanzienlijk snellere AI-engine zijn geïntegreerd.
