EN→NLThe Legion Slim 7i does have some rough edges - such as the modest screen brightness and its less-than-imposing sound system. Even so, Lenovo has still done a good job of squeezing some very powerful gaming hardware into a slim and lightweight design, and the Slim 7i will certainly be able to handle some serious gaming action when it needs to. If you don’t need such a large display then there are certainly smaller, lighter gaming laptops available. However, the Slim 7i is competitively priced for a 16-inch gaming laptop, so it’s a good choice for anyone that really needs that larger screen size.

EN→NLIf it’s a solid all-round gaming laptop you’re after, then the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i 16 is a great choice. There aren’t many laptops that provide everything from stylish looks to good performance and battery life, as well as a decent display in this price bracket. To get all this, usually, you’ll be spending an extra few hundred, so to get all this for £2300 or so is a good deal, actually. Of course, you can get a little bit more power for less money with the likes of the Alienware M16 and its clever dual refresh rate display. However, it weighs over a kilo more than this Lenovo choice and offers a poorer battery life. The Medion Erazer Major X20 is perhaps a better choice for those who want all-out power at a similar price tag, and a rather similar spec sheet – it comes at the cost of a much smaller battery, though. Whichever way you cut it, though, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i 16 makes for a good all-round mid-range gaming laptop in what is a fiercely contested part of the market.

NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU:
High-end grafische kaart voor laptops gebaseerd op de Ada Lovelace-architectuur. Biedt 8 GB GDDR6 (128 bit) en is configureerbaar met een TGP van 35 - 115 W (+ Dynamic Boost).
Deze grafische kaarten zouden de meeste moderne spellen op een hoge resolutie en hoge details moeten kunnen draaien (enkele uitzonderingen zijn mogelijk).

i9-13900H: Op Alder Lake gebaseerde mobiele CPU met 6 prestatie-kernen en 8 efficiënte kernen. De prestatie-kernen bieden hyper-threading, wat leidt tot 20 threads die verwerkt kunnen worden. De CPU klokt tot 5,4 GHz. Vergeleken met de i9-13900HK wordt er geen eenvoudige overklokfunctie ondersteund, maar wel een volledige vPro-beheerfunctieset.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" uit de Engelse legende, novo (Latijn voor nieuw) werd in 1984 opgericht als Chinees handelsbedrijf in computers.
