2026 Prestige 16 draait Cyberpunk 2077 op 1080p Ultra met meer dan 45 FPS en het is niet eens een gaming-laptop

De nieuwste MSI Prestige 16 is niet ontworpen voor gamers, maar het kan zeker een fatsoenlijke game-machine zijn op een bepaald moment

De Panther Lake Arc B390 is een aanzienlijke upgrade ten opzichte van de Arc 140T in de Prestige 16 van vorig jaar, met maar liefst 80 procent, terwijl hij bijna evenveel vermogen vraagt.

Terwijl de Arc 140T GPU in de 2025 Prestige 16 geen onderdeurtje was, is de nieuwe Arc B390 in de nieuwste Panther Lake processoren echt een tandje bij qua prestaties. De nieuwste Intel GPU kan moderne titels draaien op 1080p met de meeste instellingen op High, wat indrukwekkend is voor een geïntegreerde oplossing.

De 2026 MSI Prestige 16 AI+ C3MTG is het nieuwste laptopmodel dat wordt geleverd met geïntegreerde Arc B390 grafische weergave als opvolger van de Arrow Lake opties van vorig jaar. Zoals onze onderstaande vergelijkingsgrafieken laten zien, presteert het 2026 model duidelijk beter dan het 2025 model, afhankelijk van de titel met maar liefst 80 procent. De prestatiesprong is enorm als je bedenkt dat de Arc 140T nauwelijks meer dan een jaar oud is.

De gameprestaties kunnen nog sneller zijn als de titels XeSS-upscaling ondersteunen. Als u bijvoorbeeld Cyberpunk 2077 op 1080p Ultra-instellingen met XeSS-kwaliteit uitvoert, stijgt de gemiddelde FPS van 45 naar 63. Dit is nog indrukwekkender.

Nog indrukwekkender is het feit dat de 2025 en 2026 Prestige 16 modellen met een zeer vergelijkbaar energieverbruik werken. Het draaien van Cyberpunk 2077 zou op elk systeem iets meer dan 60 W verbruiken, ondanks de enorme prestatieverschillen.
