The Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 Gen 1 is a great ultra-portable laptop focused on minimising the footprint without sacrificing power. Its screen is good, the keyboard is solid, and battery life is excellent - beating what you'd get from an Intel-powered rival. The lingering issue is it's not that much of a "ThinkPad", unless you think that's all about having a nipple on show (yes, it has the series’s classic nipple mouse). You just can't come expecting the meaty-feeling keyboard and touchpad of older ThinkPad models. While both are good, they may seem insubstantial to fans of the series, in which case you may wish to look to the Gen 10 ThinkPad X1 Carbon instead.

In trying to make a ThinkPad that is a little less like a ThinkPad, Lenovo could have made a machine too idiosyncratic for those customers that want compact laptops from the likes of Apple and Dell. Or, not idiosyncratic enough for its dedicated ThinkPad users. Thankfully, Leonovo pulled it out of the bag by coming up with a notebook that's stylish, well made, and easy to use, and with just enough of the traditional ThinkPad features to take on the competition. What's more, that impressive trade-off between performance and efficiency from the Ryzen 5 Pro chipset is the cherry on the cake. One that makes this an excellent notebook for both business and pleasure, provided you have some really deep pockets.

AMD Radeon 660M:

Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

13.30": Dit schermformaat wordt vooral gebruikt voor subnotebooks, ultrabooks en convertibles. Voor alle drie types is dit formaat redelijk groot. De grootste verscheidenheid aan subnotebooks wordt vertegenwoordigd in deze klasse.

Grote schermformaten laten hogere resoluties toe. Details zoals letters zijn groter. Anderzijds is het energieverbruik lager bij kleine schermdiagonalen en de toestellen zijn kleiner, lichter en goedkoper.
