EN→NLHalfway between is a decent way to characterize the Acer Aspire Go 15. Is it as lovely as a $750 or $800 laptop? No. Is it nicer than a $400 or $450 model? Considerably—apart from the smallish solid-state drive, the Acer avoids the pitfalls of most budget notebooks. A backlit keyboard with more feedback would be nice, but the Aspire Go is an acceptable deal at its list price and even better when on sale, making it a worthy successor to Acer's own budget-darling Aspire 3.

EN→NLThe Acer Aspire Go (AG15-51P) is a good choice for unpretentious users who need an affordable laptop for home or office usage. The input devices are good enough for work. Despite the plastic build, the base is solid while the lid definitely could be more stable. All looks good in terms of performance. In our case, the Core i5-1334U maintains a 2.88 GHz / 2.03 GHz P and E-core clock even during heavy CPU stress such as 3D rendering. At the same time, the single fan isn’t too noisy and the keyboard doesn’t become scorching hot to the touch. On the flip side, the SSD reaches 77°C when it’s pounded with liner write and read loads. Still, the NVMe is much cooler when using the laptop normally.

Intel Iris Xe G7 80EUs:
Geïntegreerde grafische kaart in Intel Tiger Lake G7 SoC's op basis van de nieuwe Gen. 12-architectuur met 80 EU's (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). De kloksnelheid is afhankelijk van het processormodel. De Tiger Lake chips worden geproduceerd in het moderne 10nm+ proces bij Intel.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

i5-1334U: Op Alder Lake gebaseerde mobiele CPU met 2 prestatie-kernen en 8 efficiënte kernen. De prestatie-kernen bieden hyper-threading, wat leidt tot 12 threads die verwerkt kunnen worden. De CPU klokt van 0,9 tot 4,6 GHz. De TDP is gespecificeerd op 15 Watt.
