While the projector is relatively low resolution, it's decent enough for use out in the field, even if the speakers are a little lackluster. Standard performance and 5G network connectivity have all received a massive boost, making this an ideal tool for any work or playing off-grid.

I can see this is a phone you can take camping for a long weekend and be confident its battery will be online the whole time. The price is certainly something to keep in mind here: $629 is a lot of money for a smartphone, so it's not something you'll want to spend on unless you're committed to using all its features. It's niche for sure, but it has features that no Apple iPhone or Samsung Galaxy has to offer.

It’s for those who need high battery capacity and where the design and weight of the mobile device are less important, as it’s an indispensable tool on such journeys.

De meeste niet-veeleisende huidige games kunnen vloeiend draaien. Wees voorbereid op verminderde grafische weergave door lage detailinstellingen en lage resoluties. Toch verschaffen deze kaarten voldoende prestatie voor kantoor taken en video bekijken (niet voor HD videos).
ARM Mali-G610 MP6:
GPU uit het middensegment met 6 kernen en gebaseerd op de tweede generatie van de Valhall-architectuur.
Alleen oudere games kunnen vloeiend draaien met deze grafische chips (als ze niet veeleisend zijn). Gedeeld geheugen grafische cores in deze categorie hebben het voordeel van minder warmte-ontwikkeling en langere batterijlooptijd. Voor kantoor, internet, beeldcorrectie- en videomonteringswerk zijn deze grafische chips nog steeds bruikbaar zonder enige beperkingen.
ARM Mali-G57 MP2:
Geïntegreerde grafische kaart uit het middensegment met 2 clusters. Gebaseerd op de Valhall architectuur.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

Dimensity 8300: De CPU werkt met in totaal acht kernen, die verdeeld zijn over twee clusters. De eerste cluster bevat een ARM Cortex-A715 power core, die werkt op maximaal 3,35 GHz. Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 ARM Cortex-A715 kernen met 3,2 GHz. De tweede cluster bevat vier ARM Cortex-A510 energiebesparende kernen op 2,2 GHz. LPDDR5 RAM kan worden gebruikt als RAM en UFS 4.0 wordt ondersteund als intern geheugen.
Mediatek Mediatek Helio G:
Helio G99:
ARM-gebaseerde octa-core SoC met 2x grote ARM Cortex-A76 kernen en 6x kleine ARM Cortex-A55 kernen, die energiezuinig zijn. Dit alles is geklokt op 2,2 GHz. Het heeft een geïntegreerde LTE Cat-13 (4G) modem en een ARM Mali-G57 MP2 grafische kaart. Vergeleken met de vorige Helio G96 is de G99 vervaardigd volgens het nieuwste 6 nm-proces en heeft hij hogere frequenties.
