Een laag gewicht (ca. 1,2 kg), compacte afmetingen en een AMOLED-scherm in een werkvriendelijk 16:10 formaat (2.880 x 1.800) kenmerken de 14-incher van Samsung. Twee Thunderbolt 4 poorten en een zeer goede batterijduur dragen ook bij aan de aantrekkingskracht van de notebook.

Een mooie laptop om te zien, licht en natuurlijk het schitterende scherm (op een laptop nog nooit zoiets moois gezien eigenlijk), Samsung laat jammer genoeg wel wat steken vallen met de koeling van deze laptop en wat kleine design keuzes die ik niet begrijp. Als je een macbook AIR wilt hebben zonder aan apple vast te zitten, dit is je apparaat! Voor de prijs een 3.5 ster product, stel dat hij 300-500 euro in prijs zakt is dit een 4 tot 4.5.

Zou ik deze laptop aanraden? Als je een zeer lichte laptop zoekt met een goed scherm om mee te werken is dit zeker een aanrader. Maar in de prijsklasse is er vrij sterke competitie van met name Apple en dan weet ik niet of ik de keuze zou durven maken. Ik werk met beide systemen en als ik dan naar het gehele plaatje kijk heeft Samsung daar zeker een hele sterke tegenstander.

EN→NLSamsung offers the Galaxy Book3 Pro in two screen sizes and a few other configurations than the one we’ve tested. However, we’ll talk about the model we have here—14-inch, i7-1360P, 16GB RAM, and 512TB SSD, which is available for Rs 1,34,990 / $1818. At Rs 1,39,990, the Galaxy Book3 Pro is an expensive laptop. Sure, it’s got premium looks, is portable, has a very good display, and a good I/O selection, among other things, but it fails to get the most out of the capable processor under the hood owing to the laptop’s poor thermals, which makes it hard to recommend it at this price. That’s not to say the laptop performs badly. It’s just that it doesn’t qualify to be called a Pro with such a glaring issue, not to mention the integrated graphics can be a bottleneck if you plan on using it for demanding creative tasks.

If you have a Samsung phone and looking for a premium laptop, the Galaxy Book 3 Pro is a great choice. While iPhone users can also consider this laptop, however, they are better with a MacBook Air, primarily for seamless connectivity between the devices. Overall, the Galaxy Book 3 Pro is an easy-to-carry-around and premium Windows work machine that has enough power to handle most tasks.

EN→NLSamsung Galaxy Book3 Pro is a premium, lightweight laptop with solid performance. The display is unlike any other laptop you’ve seen on the market. The thin and light form factor also goes in favour of it. The only problem is the loads of pre-installed apps that the laptop comes with. That’s it. If you can put that effort into removing the unnecessary ones, the laptop is among the best you can find in this price range.

EN→NLSamsung has once again delivered a high-quality ultrabook that doesn’t quite manage to unseat the MacBook Pro but nonetheless offers strong performance in productivity workloads and an absolutely stellar AMOLED screen. I’d have liked to see better specs available for the Intel Core i5 model of the Galaxy Book3 Pro 14-inch, however, and the battery life is just okay.

EN→NLYes, the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 performs well (although not as well as expected given its 13th-gen Intel CPU), gets great battery life, and enjoys a gorgeous OLED display. As a convertible 2-in-1, though, its standout feature is that it’s thin and light enough to use as a tablet more comfortably than its competitors. In fact, it’s one of the thinnest 16-inch laptops we’ve reviewed, period. Pricing is confusing right now, with a much more attractive preorder price than Samsung indicates will be the long-term pricing. That means it’s likely to be pretty expensive once it hits the mainstream. But it’s still worth it for anyone who wants a larger display for creating digital notes and drawings.

Intel Iris Xe G7 96EUs:
Geïntegreerde grafische kaart in Intel Tiger Lake G4 SoC's op basis van de nieuwe Gen. 12-architectuur met 96 EU's (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). De kloksnelheid is afhankelijk van het processormodel. De Tiger Lake chips worden geproduceerd in het moderne 10nm+ proces bij Intel.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

i7-1360P: Op Raptor Lake-P gebaseerde CPU met een TDP van 28 Watt. Biedt 4 prestatiekernen en 8 efficiëntiekernen en dus 16 threads.

14.00": Dit schermformaat wordt vooral gebruikt voor subnotebooks, ultrabooks en convertibles. Voor alle drie types is dit formaat redelijk groot. De grootste verscheidenheid aan subnotebooks wordt vertegenwoordigd in deze klasse.
Grote schermformaten laten hogere resoluties toe. Details zoals letters zijn groter. Anderzijds is het energieverbruik lager bij kleine schermdiagonalen en de toestellen zijn kleiner, lichter en goedkoper.
