EN→NLWhat stood out most for me when testing the MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Evo is the OLED screen – it's rich and sharp and excellent in terms of contrast. The battery life – which can be a bit of a worry on Windows laptops like this (especially those with OLED screens) – is the second standout positive, lasting for impressive periods. In terms of everything else, it's a bit more run-of-the-mill – and by that I don't mean it has drawbacks, just areas where you'd struggle to tell this apart from other laptops in the same sort of price range. The CPU and RAM combination are way ahead of what you'd get on cheaper models, however, and will cope with most tasks admirably. But gamers and professional creatives are going to need a little more. Overall, I'd say the MSI MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Evo ticks the vast majority of the boxes you want in a laptop like this – and if you can find it at a discount price then it's a compelling offering.

EN→NLThe MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Evo is lightweight in construction and lightweight in performance. The former guarantees maximum portability whereas the latter forces the laptop to only find usefulness when performing light to medium workflows. The biggest problem though is the price which I think will compel most people to buy the M4 version of the MacBook Air instead.

Intel Arc 140V: Een behoorlijk snelle geïntegreerde grafische adapter die naar verluidt bepaalde Intel Lunar Lake processors gebruiken. De 140V heeft 8 kernen met Xe²-architectuur die draaien op maximaal 2.050 MHz en 8 ray tracing-eenheden; hij is geschikt voor DirectX 12 Ultimate en ondersteunt ook alle moderne videocodecs. Als recente uitgelekte benchmarkscores een indicatie zijn, zullen de gamingprestaties iets beter zijn dan die van de GeForce MX570.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

Core Ultra 7 258V: Een processor uit de Lunar Lake familie voor het hogere middensegment. Dit is een SoC voor gebruik in slankere laptops en tablets met 4 nieuwe E-cores en 4 nieuwe P-cores op maximaal 4,8 GHz, samen met de veelbelovende nieuwe Arc 140V iGPU en 32 GB on-package LPDDR5x-8533 RAM. Een nieuwe 47 TOPS neurale engine, TB 4 en PCIe 5 SSD ondersteuning zijn ook inbegrepen.
