De Huawei P20 valt een beetje weg, omdat er voor ongeveer dezelfde prijs hele goede andere smartphones te krijgen zijn en de meeste aandacht wordt opgeëist door de Huawei P20 Pro. Dat is zonde, want de P20 is een prima keuze. Het scherm, de camera, accuduur en de bouwkwaliteit is allemaal keurig in orde. Daarentegen moet je wel rekening houden met het feit dat er op de software veel aan te merken valt en het ontbreken van een koptelefoonpoort (nog altijd) niet goed te praten valt.

De meeste niet-veeleisende huidige games kunnen vloeiend draaien. Wees voorbereid op verminderde grafische weergave door lage detailinstellingen en lage resoluties. Toch verschaffen deze kaarten voldoende prestatie voor kantoor taken en video bekijken (niet voor HD videos).
