Construction graphics. The current workstation review is focused on AMD's FirePro M6100. It is a new component that is used in HP's mobile workstations for the first time and it is a nice alternative in the configurator. We tested how well it works in the updated HP ZBook 17 G2.

Unfortunately, its heft, its FHD display, its awkward touchpad buttons and a susceptibility to viruses kept this machine from achieving perfection. Despite all that, compared to its top competitors, the HP ZBook 17 G2 is well-priced and well-positioned to lead the industry.

AMD FirePro M6100: Professionele workstation grafische kaart gebaseerd op de GCN architectuur met GDDR5 grafisch geheugen en gecertificeerde drivers.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

4710MQ: Haswell-gebaseerde quad-core processor geklokt aan 2.5 GHz met ondersteuning voor Turbo Boost tot en met 3.5 GHz. Beschikt over een geïntegreerde HD Graphics 4600 GPU en een dual-channel DDR3-geheugencontroller.
