This happens through the fingerprint reader, or the IR face recognition scanner. While the port selection looks good, we still miss the SD card reader. The two Thunderbolt 4 connectors definitely make up for that. But there is nothing that can make up for the lack of memory expansion. Nevertheless, the EliteBook 830 G9 is a laptop worth investing in. Regardless if you’re buying it for yourself, or for your employees. A relatively comparable unit in terms of pricing is the Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Gen 3, so don’t miss our review.

Intel Iris Xe G7 96EUs:
Geïntegreerde grafische kaart in Intel Tiger Lake G4 SoC's op basis van de nieuwe Gen. 12-architectuur met 96 EU's (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). De kloksnelheid is afhankelijk van het processormodel. De Tiger Lake chips worden geproduceerd in het moderne 10nm+ proces bij Intel.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

i7-1255U:
Op Alder Lake gebaseerde mobiele CPU met 2 prestatiekernen en 8 efficiënte kernen. De prestatiekernen bieden hyper threading, wat leidt tot 12 verwerkbare threads. De processor draait op frequenties van 1,2 tot 4,7 GHz. De TDP is gespecificeerd op 15 watt.
