While the market saw the increased supply of mid-range laptops, the affordable segment was largely ignored. The launch of Dell Inspiron 15 is a bright spot in these bleak times. It is affordable and offers acceptable performance and a decent keyboard. In addition, it is not too heavy and has a bright 1080p display. The battery should last till the time your kid is done with online classes. If you feel that this laptop wouldn’t meet your demands, I suggest you look for the model with the Ryzen 5 CPU. It would be faster than the model I reviewed, but you have to shell out Rs 46,990.

AMD Vega 3:
Geïntegreerde grafische kaart van de Ryzen-APU's gebaseerd op de Vega-architectuur met 3 CU's (= 192 shaders) en een kloksnelheid tot 1100 MHz.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

R3 3250U: Mobiele Dual-Core APU met twee Zen+ kernen geklokt op 2,6 tot 3,5 GHz (met SMT, d.w.z. 4 Draden) en een Vega grafische kaart met 3 CU's geklokt op maximaal 1200 MHz. Het verschil met de oudere Ryzen 3 3200U is alleen de gereduceerde maximale temperatuurspecificatie van 95 versus 105°C.
