It’s a little expensive though, at Php 109,995, even with the freebies that MSI throws in when you buy one. Personally we’d rather skip the freebies and get the regular notebook if MSI Philippines offered that option.

EN→NL Archive.org versionThe MSI GE62VR 7RF is equipped with a 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB of VRAM, 16GB of DDR4 2400 RAM, 256GB of SSD storage (M.2 SSD) and 1TB of HDD storage. Those specs are more than enough to run modern games, or at the very least the copy of Ghost Recon: Wildlands that’s included with the purchase. We’ll have to see how it fares in the other games that we have in our library.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 Mobile:
De mobile GTX 1070 is gebaseerd op de GP106-chip en biedt 1280 shaders. Vergeleken met de identiek genaamde desktop-versie heeft de kaart een iets lagere kloksnelheid. Games zouden vloeiend speelbaar moeten zijn met deze kaart in Full-HD en met maximale detailinstellingen.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.
