Zopo's ZP1000 is een relatief goedkope en krachtige dual-SIM kaart smartphone. Gebruikers die deze prestaties vereisen moeten het meestal doen zonder tweede SIM kaart. De concurrerende telefoons die wel twee SIM kaart slots hebben, bevatten meestal een veel zwakkere SoC's of lage resolutie beeldschermen. Echter, de bouwkwaliteit is meestal wel veel beter, dus de Huawei's Ascend G700 is een serieuze concurrent van de ZP1000.

Het grootste zwakke punt betreft de camera's: de beeldkwaliteit houdt niet over. Dit bewijst dat alleen veel pixels geen garantie is voor goede foto's. De luidspreker stelde ons ook teleur en blijft alleen helder bij een laag volume. Daarnaast was de gesprekskwaliteit niet overtuigend. Korte onderbrekingen en een laag volume zal regelmatige bellers teleurstellen.

Hoe dan ook, Zopo Mobile heeft een aantrekkelijk alternatief uitgebracht, die beschikt over een goed beeldscherm en een eerlijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding heeft.

Zopo's ZP1000 heeft een sterke octa-core processor.

Het IPS beeldscherm is helder en goed verlicht.
